Aussie Medi-Tech lasers are installed and serviced by experienced, dedicated professionals in multiple locations throughout the Australia and New Zealand, resulting in fast turnaround times on any issue you may have.

Not all laser manufacturers have technicians on staff – some other companies hire freelancers to take care of customer laser maintenance. 100% of Aussie Medi-Tech technical work is performed by internal, full-time employees.

Our technicians are able to resolve many issues over the phone,you by phone or by using video chat and troubleshoot the issue wherever possible to save your time and cost. But are also able to travel to your location to diagnose and resolve technical issues

Technicians are factory trained with full access to factory technical support and factory-supplied parts.

Post-warranty service package options:


Bronze package

Covers: labour and travel cost.
Does not cover any part cost, and any consumables (eg: flash lamp, filters...etc).
Service packages agreement valid for 12 months.

The charge is based on 6% of the value of Recommended Retail Price of the system. 


Siver package
Covers: labour, travel and 50% of Part cost.
Does not cover any part cost, and any consumables (eg: flash lamp, filters...etc).
Service packages agreement valid for 12 months.

The charge is based on 8% of the value of Recommended Retail Price of the system.


Gold package
Covers: labour, travel cost and Part cost.
Does not cover any part cost, and any consumables (eg: flash lamp, filters...etc).
Service packages agreement valid for 12 months.

The charge is based on 10% of the value of Recommended Retail Price of the system.


All Our Machines Come With One Year Manufacturer’s Warranty Excluding Consumables And Misuse.
