Does the price include marketing content and training?

Yes the price includes training:

We will provide you with 2 days of training at your premises right after the machine is installed. You will need to organize 3 or 4  patient’s per treatment day.

Regarding Marketing we will provide you with the general guidelines on the Tattoo Removal Industry, which will include the description of the technology used by the laser system, the descriptions of the treatments section, the descriptions of the Tattoo Removal process, High resolution images of the system and before and after treatments, videos, the description of the before and after care section, the FAQ section content, white papers of the system and google adwords Tattoo Removal insights guidelines.

How often is maintenance required on the laser machine? How much does it cost? Who provides the service?

The machine comes with 12 months manufacturer warranty (excluding the consumables, for example flash lamps, water filters, Deionising cartridges and so on). We have never experienced a major failure on the 50 + machines we have installed so far in Australia, so this technology is extremely reliable as long as the maintenance guidelines are followed.

We suggest to have a general check-up of the machine once every 6 months, and to replace water filter and Deionising cartridge every 12 months  to make sure the machine is operating at the maximum performance in order to guarantee the best efficiency possible for your customers. The cost involved for a maintenance depends on the time it takes to perform it. On average it will take about 2 hours. Our price for our engineer to come at your premises is $250.00 per hour. Only once a year you will have to add the additional cost of the consumables which is $850.00 + GST for water filter and Deionising Cartridge. Obviously for the first 12 months the labour time cost will not be charged as the system is under warranty.

The service is provided by our specialised service engineers.

How long does it take for the laser to be produced once the loan is approved?

On average between 4 and 6 weeks, however we try to receive a machine delivery every month.

How long will it take for these lasers to become obsolete?

NEVER! Because the Q-Plus C system’s main specifications haven’t changed and will never change.

The Q-Plus C has been around now for about 6 years and only 8 months ago we launched on the market the EVO version(the second generation of the Q-Plus C), which has an increased power from 1 J to 1.2 J, has fractional capability, a better power stabilization, fast ruby emission mode and some improvements on the architecture design of the system.

What does the future hold in terms of regulation in the industry?

Probably in the next five years New South Wales, Victoria and Southern Australia will be aligning with the Queensland regulation, where every new user must apply for licence, however this is just a prediction.

Can you put me in direct contact with any of the businesses who have purchased lasers from you? I would like to know if they have registered their businesses with local council. My council seems to be having a hard time knowing what to do in this situation.
