Suprema’s proprietary Quanta Mixed Technology® combines multiple wavelengths with large spot sizes, a wide pulse‑width range, and fast repetition rates — making it one of the most advanced and versatile laser systems available today.

This technology enables highly effective treatments for laser hair removal on all skin types, skin rejuvenation, and vascular lesions, including both superficial and deeper vessels.

With Suprema, operators can easily select single‑wavelength or dual‑wavelength emission modes, delivered either simultaneously or sequentially. This flexibility allows precise customisation for every skin type and indication, ensuring consistent, safe, and superior clinical outcome

Duetto MT EVO Mixed Technology Working Scheme

The SIMULTANEOUS EMISSION mode available with the Mixed Technology is excellent for laser hair removal for all skin types. The Mixed Technology combines two different laser wavelengths in a single emission with programmable fluence and pulse duration. Due to the reduced fluences requested the synergy of the two wavelengths can completely denature the hair follicles with improved safety even in dark skin types and under these conditions, epidermal temperature is reduced improving patient’s safety. You can you a single wavelenght like 755 nm or 1064 nm.

The SEQUENTIAL EMISSION instead is excellent for Vascular Treatments and Skin Rejuvenation. The VASCULAR treatment for the removal of facial and leg telangiectasia uses the Mixed Technology in sequential mode to guarantee a best result using the lowest fluences taking advantage of the different absorption of haemoglobin and methemoglobin.

TWAIN CONNECTOR

The Suprema Laser Hair Removal Mixed Technology can be upgraded via the special Twain universal connector with a Er:YAG 2940 nm and IPL handpieces enhancing the treatment flexibility and versatility.

TWAIN 2940

Twain 2940 is a laser hand-piece, it fits to the Twain universal connector present on the Suprema platforms, it has been designed to perform ablation procedures, both fractional and full spot. The Er:YAG laser @2940 nm is able through the variation of pulse parameters, to remove the layers of skin, with minimal thermal damage or produce a higher coagulation suitable for the stimulation of collagen production.

Choose between an Integrated Contact SKIN COOLER or Air Skin Cryo

The contact Skin Cooler provides skin cooling during laser treatment, effectively reducing the pain and allowing the use of the proper fluences especially for vascular lesions treatments to reduce potential side effects. The SkinCryo handpiece is intended to work in combination with an external compatible air cooling unit to provide a cold air flow designed for the reduction of pain and thermal injury on skin tissue.
